What does AUM-based pricing mean?
AUM stands for "Assets under Management" – the assets we hold in custody for you. For Pro and Maximalist, we charge a small fee based on the value of your portfolio. This means our interests are aligned with yours – we only profit when your portfolio grows. Exact percentages will be finalized before launch.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, you can switch between tiers at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. When downgrading, advanced features remain available until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in periods.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The only costs for Pro and Maximalist are the AUM-based fees. On-chain transaction fees (gas fees) are passed through 1:1, with no markup. We don't earn from transactions, spreads, or hidden costs – only from transparent custody fees.
What assets do you support?
At launch, we support Bitcoin and major Ethereum-based assets (ETH, USDC, USDT, WBTC). Additional layer-1 blockchains and tokens will be added in the following months. Maximalist clients can request custom asset support.
When will pricing be finalized?
Final AUM percentages for Pro and Maximalist will be announced before the official launch. Early-access users from the waitlist will receive preferential rates. The Free tier will remain free forever.
